The company was founded by two long-term friends who realized each of their respective strengths & experiences would bring value to an organized construction business. Chaz Munoz has over 10 years of experience in physical plant operations/maintenance, risk management, procurement, new construction, & project management. Chaz holds a BBA & MBA in business administration from Dallas Baptist University and holds a project management certificate from Southern Methodist University. Alfonso Osorio has been in business for himself and owns other successful companies in the following markets: staffing, electrical contracting, general contracting, and investment properties.
